Sunrise Green Smoothie

With a mix of fresh fruit and thick Greek yogurt, this sunrise green smoothie will be the best way to start your day.

You certainly won’t need a coffee to wake you up after drinking this delicious smoothie!


This green smoothie (although not really green!) is actually very easy to prepare. Feel free to experiment with the amounts of the different ingredients as taste is always a very personal thing.

Sunrise Green Smoothie:
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Large cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 Large cup of Greek yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 Cup of water

The amount of water you put in depends on your own taste buds. If you like it thick and creamy, 1 small cup of water should be enough.

If you add more water, you get more drink for your buck though!
