A refreshing, nutritious, and flavorsome kiwano melon smoothie drink, with spinach, avocado, blueberries, banana, and ginger.

Ingredients
  • 1 whole kiwano fruit (flesh only)
  • 1 large cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 small avocado (flesh only)
  • 1 large banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 small cup blueberries
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 1 large cup water
  • 1 small cup ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Cut the kiwano in half and scoop out the flesh.

  2. Add all ingredients to the blender in this order: kiwano, banana, avocado, spinach, blueberries, ginger, water and ice cubes.

  3. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds at high speed.

  4. Ready to serve!
