A nutritious broccolini green smoothie recipe with apple, cucumber, mint and ginger.

Ingredients
  • 6 stems Broccolini
  • 2 Apples green
  • 2 Lebanese (or baby) cucumbers
  • 4 leaves Mint
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 inch Ginger root
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
  • 1 cup Coconut water optional
  • 1 tsp honey optional
Instructions
  1. Cut the broccolini, apples and cucumbers in smaller pieces. The apples can actually be blended with skin and seeds.

  2. Add the ingredients in the blender in the following order: bananas, broccolini, mint, cucumbers, apples, ginger, water and ice cubes.

  3. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds, followed by 30-60 seconds at low speed.
