A creamy and nutritious kale, spinach, and avocado green smoothie recipe, mixed with fresh fruit, for a healthy energy boost.

Ingredients
  • 50 grams kale
  • 50 grams spinach
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 4 strawberries (optional)
  • 1 large banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 large cup water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender in this order: banana, kale, spinach, avocado, strawberries, water and ice cubes.

  2. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds at high speed. Ready to serve!
