Ingredients
  • 10 Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 cups Chopped pineapple
  • 60 grams Baby spinach
  • 1 Banana
  • 1/2 Lemon (with skin)
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender in this order: banana, pineapple, mint leaves, spinach, lemon, water and ice cubes.

  2. Blend at high speed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds at low speed. Ready to serve!
