This simple yet nutritious banana berry smoothie recipe will give you an instant energy boost in the morning when you most need it.

Ingredients
  • 8-12 Strawberries
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 scoops Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Water (optional)
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender in this order: bananas, strawberries, cinnamon, honey, milk, water and ice cubes.

  2. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds at high speed. Ready to serve!
