With a mix of various fruits and creamy thick Greek yogurt, this sunrise smoothie recipe will be the best way to start your day.

Ingredients
  • 2 Bananas
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 large cup Frozen mixed berries
  • 1 large cup Green yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 cup Ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender in this order: banana, orange, mixed berries, yogurt, water and ice cubes.

  2. Blend at low speed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds at high speed. Ready to serve!
