A simple recipe for a nutritious avocado seed green smoothie. Take advantage of the nutrients in avocado seeds by blending them with fresh fruits and vegetables.

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 avocado seed
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries
  • 2 mint leaves (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon (or lime) (optional)
  • 1 large cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender in this order: banana, strawberries, spinach, mint, avocado, avocado seed, lemon (optional), water and ice cubes.

  2. Blend at high speed for 1 minute, followed by 30 seconds at lower speed.

  3. Ready to serve!
